Privacy Policy

KaliToShort is a short-drama browsing and playback app for Android. It has no accounts — no sign-up, no login, no profile. This policy explains the data the app does handle, why, and who it goes to.
The short version
- We don't collect your name, email, phone number or any other way to identify you.
- Firebase Analytics records which screens are opened, so we can see how the app is used.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, using your device's advertising ID; a Meta Audience Network component is bundled for ad mediation but is not currently active.
- If you're in the EEA, UK, Switzerland or a US state with applicable privacy law, a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears the first time the app runs.
What we never collect
The app contains no code that reads any of the following:
- Names, email addresses or phone numbers
- Passwords or account credentials
- Contacts, SMS messages or call logs
- Photos, camera or microphone
- Payment or card details
- Precise location
What the app does
KaliToShort lets you browse a catalog of short-drama titles and play episodes inside the app. Playback uses Android's standard media player components; watching an episode means the app requests that episode's video from its source over the network, the same way any video app does.

Advertising
Ads in KaliToShort are supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and bill them, AdMob uses your device's advertising ID, a resettable identifier managed by Android. The app also bundles a Meta Audience Network mediation component, which would receive the same kind of advertising data if we turn on Meta as a mediated ad source in the future; it does not serve ads today.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a US state with applicable privacy law, the app shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform the first time it runs. Declining personalised ads does not remove ads — it means you see non-personalised ones, chosen from context rather than from any profile.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Content sources
Catalog listings, artwork and episodes shown in the app are sourced from third-party providers. We are not the original publisher of this content.
Children
KaliToShort is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. The app requests only non-child-directed ad inventory.
Legal basis (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for basic product analytics — the data is not used to identify you — and on your consent, collected through the form described above, for personalised advertising.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top.
